1. All Application Forms can be downloaded in PDF and MS-Word format from http://www.infraline.com/EnergyAwards.

2. Form should be signed and sealed by the CEO or Director (HR) or Head (Corporate Communication) certifying that the information furnished is true. In absence of above persons, the form can also be signed by any other person who is authorized to do so and who can ensure that only one entry for each category is being filed. If multiple applications on same category are received from one company, Infraline will make reasonable efforts to contact the CEO of the company to confirm the application (s) to be considered for evaluation amongst them.

3. The hard copy of the forms should be couriered to the address given in the Application Form. Supporting material is optional. Additional supporting materials may include marketing videos, brochures, advertisements, photographs, and other documents. All supporting documents may or may not be used for evaluation purpose on the discretion of evaluator and Jury.

4. Multiple nominations for different categories (and NOT for the same category) are allowed provided the nominations are based on distinctly different projects or criteria. No company may be nominated for more than one award on substantially the same basis. Jury will discard entries for multiple awards which broadly replicate other entries. Each submission MUST be completed separately.

5. All application/nominations and supporting material must be received no later than September 15,  2007. No extensions to this date will be granted and incomplete entries / fax copies / photo copies will not be considered.

6. Applications/Nominations may be submitted either directly from a company by authorized representative, from individual, or from a third party recommending the nominee. In the event that a third party nominates a company or individual, Infraline will contact the nominated company or individual and ask the nominee to review the nomination for accuracy and, if necessary, provide any missing documentation. If the company or individual fails to provide the required response by the specified date, the nomination will be excluded from competition.

7. Each nomination MUST be accompanied by a summary, not to exceed 1000 characters, that explains the rationale behind the entry. We strongly encourage a customized summary to the individual category for which nomination is being made. All financial statistics must be in Indian Rupees.

8. Each nomination MUST include a company profile that includes total revenue and profit for the award period described in the overview of each category and size of company. Applicants/nominees are expected to elaborate on application/nomination by providing examples of outstanding accomplishments, the risks involved, significant obstacles that were overcome, and any other pertinent information for each of the judging criterion specified in the category descriptions. 

9. An application fee shall be payable per application. Click here for Application Fee Details. The application fee is non-refundable. All application forms must be accompanied with this fee. The payment can be made through Cheques (Payable at par in New Delhi) / Demand Draft drawn on Delhi in favor of "Infraline Technologies (India) Private Limited".  The payment along with application can be sent to Awards Secretariat.

10. Impact Marketing has been appointed to facilitate the nomination filing process.

11. Jury reserves the right to move an entry to a different category from the category entered if, in the jury's opinion, the entry is better suited to that category.

12. In the event that fewer than minimum number of entries are qualified as finalists in a particular category, the Jury reserves the right not to make the award. The Jury reserves this right in the case of awards to individuals regardless of the number of entries.

13. The winners of individual awards are expected to attend the InfralineEnergy Awards Dinner to accept their award in person.

14.  Supporting material is optional, but encouraged. Additional supporting material may include marketing videos, brochures, advertisements, photographs, and other documents.

15. Each nomination should include the nominated company's logo. For screen quality, we require images of 300 dpi or above, Illustrator or PhotoShop RGB EPS files. These files can be sent via a CD or emailed to EnergyExcellenceAwards@Infraline.com.

16. Entries for Value Creator of the Year, Energy Thinker of the Year Award  and the Star Middle Management Award should be accompanied by a high-resolution color photograph of the individual nominated. These files can be sent via a CD or emailed to EnergyExcellenceAwards@Infraline.com.

17. All nominations must be accompanied by the name of the person who will be the accepting the award if the nominee is chosen as the winner.

18. Each winner is expected to accept their award on stage at the awards ceremony on October 12, 2007. All information submitted will only be used by PwC and Jury Members for the purposes of selecting finalists and winners for the 2007 InfralineEnergy Awards. In case of any confusion, the participants are requested to get it resolved immediately. The decision of organisers shall be final.

19. Confidentiality

    • Applicants/nominees are requested to specifically identify in the applications, any confidential information they have furnished for due treatment by Infraline and agencies or individuals associated with these awards evaluation.  All other information received will be treated as fit for dissemination.

    • In case of confidential information received, if any, Award Facilitation Agency would ensure that the documents or material is to be shared with no other than the evaluation team and the jury and that the material is not reproduced;

    • Infraline and associated agencies would not be obliged to share any information provided by applicants and/or the evaluation with agencies or individuals other than PwC, the Award Committee members and the Jury panel.
