NEW DELHI: Research and
analysis firm InfralineEnergy on Tuesday said it, along
with BG India and BP International, will honour
individuals and firms for their contribution to the
energy sector.
The awards in the
corporate category would recognise excellence in
promoting capital efficiencies, executing large sized
projects, leadership and innovation in the oil, gas,
power and coal sectors, the firm said in a statement.
They will also recognise
individuals who have blended vision and innovation to
give their organisations a competitive edge.
"The InfralineEnergy
Awards will honour those individuals and corporates who
have rendered invaluable service to the energy sector,"
InfralineEnergy CEO Yogesh Garg said.
The jury would constitute
former power secretary R V Shahi, Planning Commission
Member B K Chaturvedi, Tech Mahindra managing director
Vineet Nayyar and IDFC chairman Deepak Parekh among
others.
The awards, for which
InfralineEnergy has invited nominations, will be
conferred on October 12 here.
